Definitions:

a)  Organiser -   Nanhipari Parivar, Kendujhar - 758001, Orissa

b)  Applicant - Means a person who has applied for Participation in  NanhiPari 2008 Contest.

c) Participant - An applicant who will be selected  for Semi Final  & following rounds of NanhiPari - 2008

d) Contest - Means the event  NanhiPari  - 2008

Eligibility Criteria?

*      The competition is open for any  girl of Indian Origin between the age group of  10 -12 years( i.e. must have attained the age of 10 and must not be older than 12 as on 31st   April 2008)

*      The applicant must be a permanent resident of India.

*      The applicant must be a natural born girl.

*      The applicant must have a minimum height of 4 feet 6 inch .

*      The application must not have won Nanhipari,1st.Runners Up, 2nd.Runners Up title in the same competition previously.

*      The contestant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the  organigers

Different Rounds:

Screening       - A screening will be made from among the applicants to get selected for Semi-Final Round .For the same attach following items.

                        1 Photocopy of the  certificates (in support to your co-curricular activities in different field,.)

                        2. A pre recorded  C.D.  of maximum 5 minutes containing visuals of

                        a) your  talent 

                        b) self introduction ( within 100 words) 

                        c) ”Why should you be selected as participant-  Nanhipari-2008”   ( within 200 words)

                        3. One Post Card Size Photograph (Half Body) for photogenic Round

                        4. Photo copy of Certificates claimed by you only on National & International Level Competitions.

                        30 participants shall be selected  for Semi-Final Round

Semi Final Round - Semi Final Round Shall take place on 2nd & 3rd May, 2008,   from which 8 contestants shall  be selected for the final round. Here eight  rounds of different competition & three hidden rounds shall take place as per schedule .

Final Round    - Final Round Shall be held on 3rd & 4th May, 2008. There shall be three  rounds  of competition

The Accommodation

The organising Committee will provide good accomodation for each contestants and one of their parent or authorised guardian. However it is compulsory for all the participants to stay in camp. Separate accomodation for Gents & Ladies.

The Food & the Beverage

Nutritious Vegetarian food with soft drinks only

Transportation

Internal transportation by Organising Committee

Both side 2nd Class Railway Fare from Nearby Railway station to Bhubneswar shall be provided to all Finalists &  one of their parents & One side for all participants.

The Dress Code

Participants are expected not to wear revealing clothes. Costumes for the Final Show shall be provided by the Organiging Committee.
