Vision:
1.
To create an institution and a tradition, which will spot and nurture the
talented little girls of Indian origin to become complete women in their
adulthood.
2.
To be the numero uno beauty pagent amongst
its chosen category, in India.
Background:
Noticing
the vaccum in nurturing and advancing young talents, in our region, a group of
matured and visionary entrepreneurs hit upon the idea of hosting- every year- a
talent show for Young Kids and the result is “Nanhi Pari”- a talent
show for girls in their pre-teen years. From a humble start in the year 2001 it
has taken rapid strides and become a national event. |

Nanhi Pari- 2001:
Nanhi
Pari- 2001 was held at Trupty Conference Hall, Kendujhar from 11th to 13th of
August 2001. . Prakriti Ghosh
of Nirmala Convent School, Keonjhar was adjudged as the Nanhi pari and was crowned
with the floral crown. |

Nanhi Pari- 2002:
Nanhi
Pari- 2002 held at Trupty’s
Conference Hall from 11th to 13th of August 2002.
Sonika Bhattamishra of Nirmala Convent School, Keonjhar was
crowned as the Nanhi pari. |

Nanhi Pari- 2003:
Nanhi
Pari- 2003 was held, in the
open Kalitirtha Padia, from 31st of January 2003 to 2nd of February 2003.
Jagpreet Kaur of St. Mary’s Convent School, Barbil,
Keonjhar was adjudged as the Nanhi pari and wore the crown. |

Nanhi
Pari- 2004:
Tata
Sponge Iron Limited, Beleipada came out in a big way to make this event a
resounding success. This
competition was organized in the Tata Park, Beleipada on 8th and 9th of
February 2004. Tulika Das of St. Joseph Girls High School, Cuttack
won the “Nanhi Pari” title and wore the crown. |

Nanhi Pari-2005 :
Nanhipari-2005
was observed from 8th to 11th JANUARY,2005 on a grand stage at D.N.High
School ,Kendujhar; . Miss Aurosikha Mishra from D.A.V.School ,
Cuttack was crowned as Nanhipari-2005. |

took place in the beautiful Krishna Campus of KiiT Deemed
University,Bhubaneswar.,from 14th to 16th April,2006.Miss Sonam

took place in the same venue from 6 th to 8 th April,2007.Miss Priti
Kumari, from St. Xavier’s English School, Chakradharpur, Jharkhand

Nanhipari-2008
:
Nanhipari
– 2008 is scheduled to be held from 2nd May 2008 to 4th May 2008 in
Krishna Campus of KIIT Deemed University, Bhubaneswar were semifinalist
will be invited for the Final Round of Competition. |
The future ahead:
The organizers dream to maintain the uniqueness of this competition in
the forthcoming years and to take this competition to such heights that the reigning
“Nanhi Pari” would be known as the de facto
“Little Miss India”.
The last words:
If one were to plot the growth of the
“NanhiPari” movement, it would become crystal clear that this is going
to be the event of the future. In the very short time span of just about 5 years
it has already carved out a niche for itself.
Where
the Miss India competitions of reputed organizations or for that matter beauty
pageant competitions of any nation are multi million dollar affairs, with such
small budgets the NanhiPari parivar has already made a mark in this segment.
What is more, like any other reputed institution it trades on strong
fundamentals and sound organizational framework. We at “NanhiPari”
believe, though the process of assimilating and inculcating the best practices
of the world is far from over, we are on a strong footing on this count and that
is what is driving us ever so strongly to reach to higher and still higher
heights.
