Rules & Regulations:

* It is compulsory to attach Birth certificate for proof of age,

* Schedule of events /rules can be changed at the discretion of the organizers.

* Each participants must be accompanied by one authorized guardian/parent whose boarding, fooding & internal transportation will be borne by committee. Extra attendant against a payment Rs.2,000/- per head.

* Common accommodation shall be made for all participants & their guardians; request for special accommodation will not be entertained. It is compulsory for all contestants to stay in camp. However there shall be separate accommodation for Ladies & Gents.

* It is compulsory for all contestants, not selected for final round to participate in the final day programme & cultural programme.

* Although it is the moral responsibility of the organizing committee to see to the well being of the participants , the organizing committee is not responsible for any loss or problem happening either to the participant or to her companion.

* The participant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the programme as per the schedule given or any change made at any time, and participate in all rehearsals.

* Participant can use English, Hindi as the language of communication.

* Participant must have a talent such as, but not limited to,....i.e. dance, singing, acting, perform a short discourse, poem etc. This needs to be explained in detail and demonstrated at the auditions. All materials should be brought by the participant for Talent round. In case of Dance, prerecorded CD should be deposited 2 hours before the programme.

* Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or

after the competition.

* The organizers are not responsible if sponsor do not make good the gift hampers

promised by them.

* Award no.1 to 8 for Nanhi Pari 2008 will be decided from amongst the 8 finalists, while 9 to 16 will be decided from amongst all contestants & their parents.

* The best costume award will be judged based on the clothes worn by the participant on all 3 days and different round of competitions. Participant has to arrange her own costumes as per the dress code other than the costumes to be provided by the organizers during final show.

* Only the participants will be allowed inside the designated venue during training/Competition.

* There is no provision for makeup by the organizers

* No one will be allowed to take still snaps or video picture during competition . Edited CD will be available for Rs.1,000/- & still photograph for Rs.15/- each after 15days of the function.

* In the event of any dispute, Nanhipari Parivar’s decision is final & binding on the participants.

* The Court of Kendujhargarh, Orissa have the jurisdiction over all dispute.
